Ernst Kerner Drilling Gun and Scope, c. early to mid-20th century, serial number 19560, 16 gauge and 8 x 57, walnut stock with checkered wrist, forend, and cheek pad, frame is highly engraved with foliate designs, animals, and oak leaves, marked on the left of the barrel "ERNST KERNER & CO. SUHL," marked on the rib "SPORTHAUS FELIX KOHLEN, SAARBRUCKEN. 3.," with a Kollmorgen Bear Cub scope, barrel lg. 23 5/8, overall lg. 40 1/2 in.
