James Woodward Rook Rifle, c. late 19th century, serial number 6176, .300 caliber, walnut stock with checkered wrist and forend, frame lightly engraved with foliate designs, some remnant color case finish, marked on the top of the barrel "JAMES WOODWARD & SONS. 64 ST. JAMES'S ST. LONDON. S.W.," barrel lg. 26, overall lg. 42 in.
