Vienna Porcelain Vase, Cover, and Stand, late 19th/early 20th century, each with cobalt ground and gilt jeweling, urn-form vase with polychrome figural mythological scenes in cartouches, gilt-knop lid, all supported by a shaped base with two similarly rendered scenes, vase with blue beehive mark, inscribed "Paris und Helena." and "Alexander und Apelles," stand with blue beehive mark, overall ht. 18 1/2 in.

Provenance: Property of the Saint Louis Art Museum; sold to benefit the acquisition fund.
