Thirty-seven Pieces of Satsuma Ware, Japan, early 20th century, a thirty-five-piece tea service including ten cup and saucer sets, ten dishes, a plate, a covered teapot, a creamer, covered sugar bowl, and a stem bowl on a tripod base, all decorated with peacock-and-flower design, with "SN" mark on base; an eared tripod with champleve cover, with Michiyama mark; and a hexagonal covered case on three bracket feet, with an illegible gilt mark, ht. to 5 3/4, dia. to 9 7/8 in.
