Inlaid Cherry Bureau, New Hampshire seacoast, c. 1805-15, the rectangular top and ovolo corners above a case of four graduated, mahogany veneer, cockbeaded drawers with bird's-eye maple banded borders and stringing, flanked by quarter engaged, ring-turned, reeded posts, continuing to legs joined by a scalloped skirt centering a wavy birch panel bordered by mahogany crossbanding and stringing, original brasses, refinished, (minor restoration),ht. 41, wd. 39 3/4, dp. 19 in.
