Nine Chromolithographs after Samuel A. Kilbourne (American, 1836-1881) from Game Fishes of the United States, published by Charles Scribner's Sons, New York, 1879, including a cover for "Part Six.," and another title page, the nine prints of varied game fish including trout and pike, and several pages of G. Brown Goode's text, five printed matted and under plastic, four loose, (minor margin imperfections and moisture staining),sheet sizes 25 1/4 x 19 1/4 in.

some of the Kilbourne chromolithographs are dated 1880, post-dating the copyright date on one of the title pages, indicating that the set of prints may be, at least in part, assembled.
