Description:

Two Green Marble Pedestals, Italy, 19th century, each similarly heavily carved with floral festoons terminating at lion masks above a band of encircling dolphins set on octagonal plinths, ht. 37, 40 1/2 in.

Columns are different heights. One column has top broken in three pieces which is repaired, other has top with splits/losses which have been repaired. Both with scattered chips/losses overall on both columns, repairs to base, scattered cracks, losses to missing foliage under round tops.
