George III Sterling Silver Teapot and Stand, London, 1799-1800, Peter & Ann Bateman, maker, oval teapot with bright-cut engraved registers and a monogram to each side, on a similarly decorated stand with reeded rim and central monogram, total ht. 7 1/4 in., approx. 20.0 troy oz.
Scattered minor surface wear, particularly to surface of stand. Teapot lid sits slightly higher in the front. Possible professional restoration to hinge, teapot footrim and the feet on the stand.
