Bullet-struck U.S. Belt Plate, Belt, and Cap Box, c. 1861-65, lead-filled brass US buckle struck by a ball on the bottom of the S, leather belt, and a cap box.

Cap box belt loops are broken at the bottom, flap closure tab is broken also.
