Signed "G.H. Bogart" l.l. and l.r., respectively.
Oil on Masonite, 14 x 20 in. (35.5 x 50.8 cm),presented in period frames.
Condition: Night with flaking, abrasion, and surface grime; Sunset with varnish discoloration.
Estimate $1,800-2,200

Condition: Night Views has substantial areas of paint loss in the form of scratched surface. They are concentrated in the lower left and lower right quadrants. Craquelure also appears to be unstable.
Sunset View is in much better condition. Very fine craquelure in the upper left quadrant of the sky. Possible water damage to the upper section of the painting.
Frame dimensions: 19 1/2 x 25 1/2 in.
