Imari Dish and Kakiemon Chrysanthemum Dish, Japan, late 19th century, the Imari dish with floral rim, decorated with bird and flower designs in three shaped panels on the interior and three dragons on the exterior, dia. 8 5/8; and the Kakiemon dish, with floral rim in overglaze brown, decorated with tall pines in underglaze blue and in overglaze iron red and gold on the interior and a floral scroll in underglaze blue on the exterior, dia. 5 1/2 in.
