Runnin [sic] River Seekonk. Signed "GA Hays" l.l., titled, signed, and dated ".../GA Hays 22" on the reverse. Oil on board, 25 1/4 x 21 3/4 in., framed. Condition: Minor loss u.l., surface grime.

N.B. The Runnins River begins in Seekonk, Massachusetts, and flows southwesterly into Rhode Island, forming the border between the two states.
