Oil on canvas, 9 1/8 x 12 in. (23.1 x 30.6 cm),framed.
Condition: Minor retouch, faint stretcher bar marks, tiny depression to l.r. edge of canvas.

Provenance: Descended from Dr. Israel J. Rosefsky (American, 1936-2005),Binghamton, New York; to the current Massachusetts estate.

Numbered "295" within a diamond on the stretcher.

Retouch consists to two vertical lines, one measuring 5/8 inch located beside the dog's extended paw and one measuring 1/2 inch located l.c. at the canvas edge. There is also a tiny loss to the canvas at the stretcher edge l.c. just below the line of retouch.

Framed dimensions are 12 1/4 x 15 1/4 in.
