Oil on canvas, 16 x 13 in. (41.0 x 32.5 cm),unframed.
Condition: Stretcher bar marks, varnish discoloration, surface grime, wear to the tacking edges.
N.B. Alessandro Altamura was of Italian birth but worked in Paris. The art supplier Rey & Cie. was active in Paris 1875-1878.
