Gould, John (1804-1881) Three Framed Bird Prints. Color lithographs uniformly framed: Ptilonorhynchus Violaceus, the satin bowerbird after Gould by William Matthew Hart (1830-1908); Casuarius Australis, the Australian Cassowary after Gould by Henry Constantine Richter (1821-1902); and Cinclus Aquaticus, white-throated dipper or European water ouzel; each uniformly matted and framed.
Estimate $400-600

The prints clean overall, some light rippling to the sheets; the frames with veneers lifting on all three, with losses, chips, splintering.
