Single parchment leaf, engraved vignettes at the top, depicting a ship under sail and a lighthouse by E. Savage, the text engraved and fulfilled by hand, signed by Jefferson as President, sealed, some old folds, wavy cut top, matted and framed, 15 1/2 x 10 in.
