Specially printed envelope commemorating the first day of issue of the postage stamped based on Chagall's design for the Kiss of Peace stained glass window at the United Nations, with the stamp, cancellation beneath, and Chagall's signature in blue ink above, matted and framed with a reproduction of a painting, 6 1/4 x 3 1/2 in.
