Turner Stoneware Archery Lesson Jug, England, late 18th century, Staffordshire and the Lane End potworks of William and John Turner II, ovoid, the elongated neck brown glazed and lathe turned with bands above a textured white ground with relief depiction of archers in a landscape setting, silver-plated rim marked "IT", impressed mark, ht. 7 3/4 in.
