Album of Historic Photographs of China and A Collection of Shop Signs of China, the album with photographs mostly of daily life, families, and locations in Beijing, dated between 1914 and 1935, many with descriptions underneath or on the reverse, presumably from the collection of an English teacher in Beijing during that time, featuring photographs of students from many educational institutions including Peking University, Peking High Primary School, and also some tourist photographs of the Great Wall of China, and the Forbidden City, the Winter Palace, and the Old Summer Palace; and H.F. Chiang A Collection of Shop Signs of China, Beijing, 1948, forty-five pages with illustrations.
