Two Carved Wood Lintel Friezes, India, one depicting a deity seated beneath a canopy in the center, flanked by two elephants and a row of other deities, bordered with bands of geometric and natural motifs, traces of paint, 13 1/2 x 45; and the other depicting three triads of deities with the central deity seated on a horse, with other deities in a row, bordered with variously patterned bands, 11 x 30 1/2 in.
Provenance: Formerly in the collection of Arthur L. and Genevieve S. Funk.

cracks to larger one, discoloration to wood, overall age wear and tear, numerous old chips, some new chips.
