Robert Motherwell (American, 1915-1991)

Harvest, with Two White Stripes, from the Summer Light Series, 1973, edition of 55, published by Gemini G.E.L., Los Angeles (Gemini G.E.L., 34.3; Engberg/Banach, 143). Signed and numbered "Motherwell 31/55" in pencil l.r., publisher's and artist's dry stamps l.r., identified on a label from M. Knoedler & Co., Inc., New York, and in information from the publisher, affixed to the backing. Color lithograph with collage and pochoir on paper, image size 30 x 12 in. (76.2 x 30.4 cm), framed.
Condition: Deckled edges, floated within the frame, not examined out of frame.

Provenance: From the corporate collection of Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Canton, Massachusetts.
