The Little Lagoon, final state (MacDonald, 216iv/iv; Kennedy, 186ii/ii). Butterfly monogram within the plate. Etching on paper, plate size 8 7/8 x 5 7/8 in. (22.4 x 14.8 cm),framed.
Condition: Trimmed to plate mark, stained (probably from an adhesive on verso) at corner u.l., several small fox marks, floated within the mat, not examined out of frame.

Provenance: From the collection of George Jones Dyer; Norfolk, Connecticut, by descent to the current owners.

Unmounted, hinged at four corners; hinge at u.l. broken. No additional issues to report.
