Five-piece Coin Silver Tea and Coffee Service, Boston, c. 1853-55, Jones, Ball & Co., comprised of coffeepot, teapot, creamer, covered sugar, and waste bowl, all with repousse decoration of strawberries surrounding the engraved name "J.W. Carter," ht. to 9 3/4 in., approx. 88.9 troy oz.

Various minor/shallow dents, surface throughout. Coffeepot with repair to spout. Vacant cartocouches with surface inconsistencies (possible engraving removal, see images, silver surface still strong).
