Victorian Sterling Silver Flask, London, 1849, Charles Rawlings & William Summers, maker, the tapering, cylindrical flask with a hinged lid and removable tumbler to base, engraved to base of tumbler and body with a presentation inscription: "Charles Rodney Morgan/from his Brother/G.C. Morgan/Dec. 1849," ht. 10 1/4 in., approx. 7.6 troy oz.

N.B. Godfrey Charles Morgan, 1st Viscount Tredegar (1831-1913) was a British Army officer and British politician. His brother Charles Rodney Morgan (1828-1854) was a Conservative Member of Parliament for Brecon.
