Print on Oilcloth of the Andrew Craigie Mansion, America, early 19th century, the house in an idealized and colorful view flanked by trees and framed by a fence, a pond, and figures on a patch, all bordered by flowers, 22 3/4 x 27 1/2 in.

Note: The Craigie Mansion still stands on Brattle Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Craigie served as the first Apothecary General of the Continental Army during the American Revolution. The house later became the home of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
