American Watch Company 18kt Open Face Watch, Waltham, Massachusetts, No. 2788371, Roman numeral sunk seconds dial, blued-steel moon hands, guilloche case with monogram shield on back, rope-turned band marked R, 18K and 694, cuvette opens to the nickel, three-quarter plate, crown-wind, lever-set movement marked and numbered by maker as above, lever escapement, screwed gold chatons from the center through the balance, gold center wheel, bimetallic balance with gold timing screws and fork regulator, dia. 55 mm, 150.3 g.

Movement presently not running, appears that the mainspring is unhooked, dial and case with no significant condition issues.
