Folio, printed in red and black throughout, bound in full contemporary red morocco, with inlays in black, green, and amber colored leathers, elaborately gilt-tooled spine and boards, metal corner pieces set with pale purple glass cabochons, clasps and catches inlaid with cobalt-colored enamel, with original silk woven bookmarks, and full tafetta paste downs and endleaves, inner gilt joints and dentelles in leather, a.e.g., red silk taffeta tabs, 14 3/4 x 9 1/2 in.
