Nude Model, Reclining, 1893, final state of three, possibly from the Goulding edition of 41 printed in 1904 (Way, 47; Levy, 75; Chicago, 73). Monogrammed within the matrix, identified on a label from Kennedy & Co., New York, affixed to the backing. Transfer lithograph on laid paper with a partial Strasbourg Lily/LVG watermark, image size 4 5/8 x 8 3/8 in. (11.7 x 21.4 cm),framed.
Condition: Margins over 2 1/2 inches, toning, mat burn, pale foxing.
Provenance: Descendants of the Lanier family of Indiana and New York.

The sheet measures 10 1/8 x 13 3/4 inches. There are pencil annotations to the corners u.r. and l.l. plus on the verso. It is hinged near the upper corners with old hinges/residue in the same area.
