Description:

Four Pressed Glass Gothic Arch Pattern Open Salts, Boston & Sandwich Glass Company, Sandwich, Massachusetts, c. 1835-45, including an opalescent dark blue, opalescent medium blue, medium blue, and peacock blue, Neal GA 4a, (all have minor chips on rim),ht. 1 3/4, wd. 2 3/4, dp. 2 1/8 in.

Provenance: Purchased from Abraham & May, 1962-63.

The opalescent dark blue salt has scattered chips on the top edges, corners and base, the three others have minor chips on the top edges and corners.
