Camphor Wood Sea Chest, China, mid-19th century, the dovetailed chest with canted sides, hinged top with pencil ship's portrait and till with lid painted with a star and "John Richards" in red and blue, with brass bail handles, (old surface), ht. 16, wd. 35 3/4, dp. 17 1/2 in.
