[Together with] Edward Livingston (1764-1836) Autograph letter signed 16 January 1830, while serving as U.S. Senator for Louisiana, to U.S. Federal Judge Samuel Hadden Harper (1783-1837),concerning the passage of a bill; with addressed, free-franked, self-envelope, browned, likely mounted to an acidic substrate, 12 x 14 3/4 in.
