Five M1 Helmets and Liners, c. mid-20th century, a front seam swivel bale shell with red cross markings and khaki chinstrap, and a liner with intact webbing, sweatband, and leather chinstrap; a front seam fixed bale shell with a khaki chinstrap, and a liner (some webbing loss),and a leather chinstrap; a front seam swivel bale shell with dark chinstrap, and a liner with intact webbing, sweatband, and leather chinstrap; a rear seam swivel bale shell with dark straps, and a liner with intact webbing and (missing sweatband),and leather chinstrap; and a front seam fixed bale shell with khaki straps and a liner with intact webbing (missing the leather chinstrap).
