James Condliff Field Regulator Movement and Dial, Liverpool, c. 1820, the 4 5/8-in. silvered brass dial engraved Ja(m) Condliff/Liverpool with three subsidiary dials, upper for seconds, object lower left for minutes, object lower right for hours, the four-pillar, brass chain fusee, time only-movement with cut corners, duplex escapement, rise and fall gearing, maintaining power and approximately 9-in. pendulum, ht. of movement 7 in.

Movement steel parts rusted including the chain for fusee and pallets, movement requires a total overhaul, dial silvering stained and discolored. There is no hard evidence that this was used as a field regulator. It is lacking a case and porvenance.
