Attributed to Moses B. Russell (act. Massachusetts/New Hampshire, 1809-1884)

Portrait Miniature of "Garrie." Unsigned. Watercolor on ivory, 2 1/2 x 2 in., in an elaborate chased, engraved, and embossed gold pendant locket, the front cover with central oval reserve engraved "Garrie/Aged 23 months," the reverse with a locket of blond hair above the date "Aug 19th 1852."
