In Herschoff Ship Yards, Bristol, Rhode Island. Signed l.c., titled, dated, inscribed, and signed ".../Spring of 1945/while employed by U.S. Air Force/E Fulwider" on the reverse. Watercolor on paper, 14 x 20 in., matted, unframed. Condition: Brown paper tape hinges to the top of the reverse, very mild toning and soiling, stamped "4402" at the l.r. corner.

Although the work is matted, it has come loose from its hinges in the mat.
