George III Sterling Silver Salver, London, 1770-71, maker's mark "ID," the border decorated with shells and scrolling foliage and gadrooned rim, on three claw-and-ball feet, dia. 7 1/4 in., approx. 7.2 troy oz.
Repairs to all feet. Underside with solder patches. 1 in. area of corrosion specks to top. Surface abrasions and inconsistencies.
