Arthur Stone Sterling Silver Sonderklasse Race Trophy Bowl, Gardner, Massachusetts, c. 1913, the Revere bowl engraved to the underside of the foot: "Sonderklasse/Marblehead July 19, 1913/won by/ Tern/presented by/Mrs. Guy Lowell," dia. 8 in., approx. 15.3 troy oz.

N.B. The Sonderklasse was a series of races between the Kaiserlicher Yacht Club of Kiel, Germany, and the Eastern Yacht Club of Marblehead, Massachusetts. The trophy marks the victory of the Tern in one of the initial trial races before the finial race for the cup in the fall.
