Sarouk Carpet, West Persia, c. 1920, the wine-colored field with spaciously drawn oversized bouquets of palmettes with protruding vines and rosettes with serrated and curled leaves, all within a wide navy highly stylized palmette and floral main border, multiple floral meander minor borders, 22 ft. 3 in. x 12 ft. 4 in.
