Meshed Carpet, Northeast Persia, early 20th century, the lobed and floral navy center medallion on a light red field, with an allover design of large-scale floral palmettes, vines, "saz" leaves and blossoms, and navy spandrels, all within a navy floral palmette with interlacing vine main border, multiple floral meander minor borders, 17 ft. 6 in. x 11 ft.
