Kazak Rug, Southwest Caucasus, late 19th century, the red field with two large royal blue and brown gabled medallions surrounded by polychrome, highly stylized, hooked "boteh", diamonds, and double-headed animals, all within an ivory latch-hooked diamond main border, green floral meander minor border, 5 ft. 6 in. x 4 ft. 2 in.
