Signed "Renoir" on side of base, numbered, inscribed and foundry stamped "1/M © CIRE
C. VALSUANI PERDUE" on base behind the figure.
Bronze with dark brown patina, 11 x 10 3/4 x 7 in. (27.9 x 27.3 x 17.8 cm),mounted to a black wooden plinth.
Condition: Dust to interstices.
Provenance: Purchased from the International Art Exhibition to benefit UNESCO and Brandeis University, Washington, D.C., March 1966.
