Etchings with aquatint on chine collé, mount sizes 24 7/8 x 16 3/4 in. (63.3 x 42.5 cm),presented in the original portfolio (wear, toning, breaks to interior flaps).
Condition: Toning and minor wear to edges and corners.
Provenance: From Paul Horst-Schulze (1876-1937),Klinger's student, to his niece, then by descent to the present owner.

Mounts lightly toned with scattered white spots. Title page discolored and toned. II: Slight rippling at left edge of sheet; IV: Fox mark at u.c. of mount. No additional issues to report.
