Condition: Unmounted, minor handling crimps, scattered areas of unobtrusive spot toning.

N.B. Although perhaps best known as one of the pioneers of color photography (his 1962 retrospective at New York's Museum of Modern Art was that institution's first color photography exhibition),Ernst Haas was a passionate photojournalist and one-time member of the photography collective Magnum. He was named one of the world's ten greatest photographers in a 1958 issue of the magazine Popular Photography.
