Christ and the Woman of Samaria, 1657, an 18th century impression (Hind, 294; Bartsch/Hollstein, 70 iii/III). Signed and dated within the plate. Etching on laid paper, plate size 5 1/8 x 6 3/8 in. (12.9 x 16.0 cm),matted, unframed.
Condition: Margins over 1/8 inch, repaired tear to left edge (just into image),several thinned spots, minor soiling.

Provenance: M. Roy Fisher, New York; by family descent to the present owner.
