Three Wrought Iron Wafer Irons, America, c. 1740, 1745, one with plate interiors with engraved designs: a geometric border surrounding an upside-down heart enclosing initials "LLC" on one side and a geometric border surrounding a stylized cross and "1740 I SS" on the other side, lg. 30 1/2, wd. 7 3/4, another with plate interiors with non-identical engraved designs: a geometric border enclosing a feathered arrow on one side and a geometric border enclosing "MW GW 1745" on the other side, lg. 31, wd. 7, and another with plate interiors with grid pattern, lg. 33 1/4, wd. 10 in.
