Nicolas Le Sueur (French, 1691-1764),L'Invention de la Croix after Bernardin Pinturicchio, La Chute de Phaeton after Joseph Cesari, and a mythological scene after Paolo Farinati; John Baptist Jackson (British, c. 1701-c. 1780),Algernon Sidney, after Justus Verus. Woodcuts on paper, plate sizes to 17 1/4 x 10 5/8 in., only the Jackson matted, all unframed. Condition: Scattered foxing, toning, and tears mended with tape affixed to versos.
