Commemorative Plaque. Signed and dated "OTTERNESS 1980" within the cast on the right side, identified and numbered "8/250" on a label from Brooke Alexander, Inc., New York, on the reverse. Plaster on resin, 7 1/4 x 9 1/8 x 2 1/4 in., unframed. Condition: Small chip to right edge, wear to the surface at bottom edge, soiling, surface grime
