Three-piece George IV Sterling Silver Tea Service, London, teapot: 1828-29, Joseph Angell, maker, marks rubbed to creamer and sugar, each with a squat, gadrooned body, the teapot with a flower spray finial, the creamer and sugar bowl with a gold-washed interior, ht. 5 1/4 in., approx. 39.2 troy oz.

Teapot with areas of metal fatigue to cover and patch reinforcement around hinge. Creamer with spots of black silver rot to interior base. Sugar with area of metal fatigue to bowl. All with age-typical wear.
