Three-piece German .800 Silver Tea Service, Hanau, late 19th/early 20th century, Georg Roth & Co., maker, teapot, creamer with gold-washed interior and covered sugar decorated throughout with scenes of peasants merrymaking within rocaille cartouches and surrounded by floral sprays, raised on four claw-and-ball feet, with a presentation engraving to underside, teapot ht. 5 1/2 in., approx. 30.6 troy oz.

Rubbing to gold-washed interior, minor spots of corrosion. Otherwise in good condition. Chain between teapot cover and body possibly later.
