Five-piece Victorian Sterling Silver Tea and Coffee Service, London, 1860-61, Robert Hennell III, maker, bearing St. Petersburg, Russia import marks, each repousse-decorated with a basketweave design, pear-form coffeepot, ht. 9 3/4, teapot, and creamer, and flared waste bowl engraved with crowned monogram "BAB" to underside, and oval basket with Pomian Armorial to center, lg. 11 3/8 in., approx. 98.2 troy oz.

N.B. A number of Polish noble families use the Pomian Armorial, which dates back to c. 1279.

Coffeepot with two dents to lower body. Creamer with foot slightly bent. Basket with foot slightly bent (basket still sits flat). Age-typical wear.
